He is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Accountants Ltd. Noah has attained a Master of Science degree in Operational Research from Strathclyde University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University. As a practising accountant, he has founded and developed Capital Accountants Ltd, London based tax consultancy company which renders its services to more than 1,500 individual and business clients in the UK and overseas. He is a Fellow member of UK based Institute of Financial Accountants. He has acquired extensive experience in London real estate property market over the last 30 years and has been involved in many property development projects in the South East region of United Kingdom. Noah has also been instrumental in starting up and developing, Pizza On Demand , a chain of pizza takeaway outlets in South East of UK.
